Cape Town Book Fair
Ursula Kane Cafferty attended the First Cape Town Book Fair held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, South Africa from 17th June 2006 to 20th June 2006.

She writes: "This was an excellent event from start to finish. It was unusual for a Book Fair in the fact that it was open to both Trade and Public visitors but this actually suited me particularly as it gave me a very rounded view of how Suitcase Number Seven would be received in South Africa. Most members of the public who wandered past my stand paused for a look and were absorbed by the story of the suitcase. Many of them purchased a copy. It was marvellous to be able to hear their direct responses and a few people have contacted me since telling me how much they enjoyed reading the book."
